    Well taking it at face value the 'Care Bear' Colour Corps (Red Lantern Atrocitus, Blue Lantern Saint Walker, Orange Lantern Larfleeze, Indigo 1, Star Sapphire Carol Ferris, etc) would seem to fit quite well.

    Or maybe Green Arrow, Black Flash, Red Robin, etc?
